They are built in LED indicators mate... sez so in the product description.... but dunno about the manual adjustment thingy though! A bit Vauxhall Nova if you ask me!

would have to see them on a motor... think aftermarket wing mirrors can look a bit funny sometimes, my cuson fitted some to his golf and they looked 
not for me. they look like the ones they put on the chavved up cars.
