cheers kozi, shall have a look tomorrow and hopefully sort it, all my wires are running separately, i shall also move my earth, thankyou very much all that help ive got my info now so shall update you on the conclusion

well i relocated the earth to the bolt near the spare wheel, its reduce the whistle and my sub doesnt turn on when the radio is on anymore but you can still hear the whistle from the 6x9s, ill just have to wait till i get round to fitting an aftermarket headunit
