At our first Christmas Meet back in 2006, we turned up at a pub and asked for a table for 17. The waitresses face just dropped, before she ran off in a hissy fit and eventually came back and said we could have a table for 12 and no more. We sorted it out by doing a bit of furniture rearranging.
