make sure your carpets are dry, snow and ice get into the car off your shoes and melt when the heaters are on.

is the filter changed regular, if it is it should be ok, if not change it and see if there is a difference.

Do you have the side blowers pointing on the windows with WARM/hot air!?
Do you have both screen buttons on to help!? (That's the beauty of a Ford)

Do you have the air re-circulating button on? I notice that steams my windows up if left on

H47PER - I am a smoker but don t smoke in the car.

KAXE - yes the side blowers are blowing hot air at the side windows, both buttons on, they do clear it but steams up straight away once buttons go off.

ALEX H - no re-circulating button is off.

I had similar problem in my Focus where the back window kept steaming up, I would clear the screen and it would just steam up again.

I found out that the boot seal was not connected properly and the cold air/ water was getting inside of the car and because the car was warm it would steam up the windows. It might be worth just checking the door and boot seals

Yeah Dan: People = steamed up windows.
Me on my own + Air blowers and screen buttons = perfectly clear, with no moisture

I make sure I get everything working right away before anyone gets in!

I just stick air con on with the heaters to take that moisture out the air, clears in seconds and stays clear for 1/2 hour in this weather.
