Used to have a tin when i woke up. 3 pints of stella in the pub at lunch then drink constantly when i got home. Worked out at over 10 pints a day every day Cas highlighted the point when i crashed at hers. I fell asleep on the sofa and didn't know where is was but found my tin (flat warm fosters) on the shef and downed it no problem
