I assume you did this pic in the same way you explained how to change the colour of Robs bike? Adding another layer, making the top layer B&W then erasing just the right part on the top layer to let the colour bottom layer through?

The idea is simply to ge the camera out more. I tried this year but found that I lacked the inspiration/time to do a picture every day. Once new year is over I'm planning to start 'Project 52', which is where you take one idea and take several pictures based on that. If you managed to take a picture a day I bet you they'd improve very quickly so you may as well start one and see how it goes

Anybody can do a 365/366. Your skill deffinantly improves and feel my photos have been getting better. Getting an idea every day is the hardest part! At the moment i'm about 30 days behind where i should be.

Duncan i'm thinking of doing a 52 for next year. A 365 is a much bigger task than i anticipated but will still be glad i've done one.
