Hi folks,
I'm new in this Forum since today. I'm interrested in a facelift ford fiesta st. At the moment I'm driving a volkswagen golf mk 3, but it's from 1996, too old. I've heard that in UK the scene for the st is very huge. In Germany you don't even get much information about problems and so on.
So I'm looking forward to learn some things about the fiesta here and have a nice stay.
Regards from Germany,
flawless

Thanks for the offer, I'll think about it. Do you know if there are any LHD Fiesta ST in UK?

Welcome to the site. I don't expect there will be many LHD STs in the UK. Best bet will be to look locally I reckon

Here you can see my crashed one :'(. I loved this bike! I've been overtaking a 50 year old woman as she moved in my way. Horrible crash with bad injuries, but I try to get physical back to the top ;-) So I wish you always an accident-free ride!

Well, I broke my back 3 times and other bones, too and there's still titanium in there, but it won't remain there forever, because the screws will loosen their grip and then we will see how good it really is. Yeah big s**t, but it already happened, so lets look forward and make the best out of it.

Well, never say never, but the next few years I'm sure I don't ride any bikes. I'm just 21 and for my family and friends it was very shocking, I was 5 days in an artificial coma and it was horrible. It was really the hell on earth I swear! But on the other hand you have to be happy, that nowadays the doctors can help you, I think 30 years ago I would have died. It was a cool time, riding bikes here with all these serpentines and popular motorcycle routes. Many people told me that if you sit on your bike you know the risk and so on, but I have to say, that riding a bicycle is much more dangerous, because often people even don't wear a helmet and on the motorcycle you wear big leater a good helmet (which also saved my life). It was my dream, my dream bike and I lived it. If I hadn't bought the Tona, I'm sure I always would miss anything and would regret not to buy it.
Edit:
I read the thread with the buying prices and wondered about those low prices, in Germany the STs are all about 8000€ with standard features. In UK I've seen you get really nice cars for about 6000 GBP, that's really nice. But RHD is not the best to drive here ;-)

Yeah, I know, I've already looked in Holland, too ;-). You're right, but this is what matters for me. I'm searching an used car so why should I look for the prices of a new one? ;-)

Hi Chris! Well, I can imagine how irritating this roadtrip was for you. But in England the cars are much cheaper.
Auch an die Deutschen im Forum vielen Dank für die herzliche Begrüßung. (Thanks also for the kind welcome from the German users out there)

Well, I think silver is perfect with blue, white one's were also cool but hard too keep white, you know what I mean haha? But a little individual thing is also nice, so everybody has his own taste ;-). On my Golf I have also multi-spoke rims which look great, but are hard too keep clean. Here a picture Regards
