Tried an Fiesta in june and liked it. New here... I do not own an ST..... yet....

I ordered mine in August 2005 (facelifted model). Now the long waiting has started. first it was end of october, then mid november, after that is became mid december... (dealer) but know we are looking at the next year (2006).

I've seen them being delivered in the UK and Finland. But no facelifted seem to have made it to the Netherlands. (to small market?) has sold 200 's in the Netherlands. The Focus is introduced. The dealer offered me a testdrive to take a little pain from the waiting. not sure if i have to do that.... might change my mind about the Fiest

For now i'm Just looking arround on the forum to follow the "news". I will ofcourse make a few pictures when (if?) i finally get the

production problems in Spain....

Ordinary (facelifted) fiestas being produced first because of the bigger market (selling posiblities...) where te main reasons.

I do not even have a production date.... (...bluh!!!,...)

And strangly enough (a exact match of my order is in the dealers showroom for two weeks... but only... this is the prefacelifted models....) makes you wonder doesn't it....

On the other hand.... Now i am driving a "courtesy car" from the dealer wich is a Ford Fiesta Futura 1.3 5 door version with 70 hoursepower... to get the feel of the car.... (missing the 70 bph tough...) So that will make the come out much better after a while!

Sorry to hear about your wait, i remember having to wait about 2 months for mine, it was soooo hard, makes that day when you pick it up all the more sweet tho!

I assume you picked the avatar from the list of avatars on the site, problem is that most of them are ones people have uploaded themselves (i think) and the one you have chosen is a picture of one of the members of this forum!

I know its a pain and the waiting is annoying you but it will deffinatley be worth it!!! The Fiesta is a brilliant car!!!

Wel people there is news,

The car has been build the 7th of december
lets hope it will get here within 2 weeks so i can make a really good show off to the family during x-mas and new year when i visted them!

Nicky i must admit your avatar was so tempting i would love to put one on like that of myself... this however might keep people from reading my posts, total in contraction with the looks of your avatar ofcours..... :-). Found a simple picture on the net (ford) that i will use for now.
