Right my lights are in but I have one small issue with them - when I put my full beam on it turns the headlight lamp off. The full beam does seem pretty damn bright but shouldn't the headlight stay on also...

I also had one spare wire coming out of them - assumed this was for connecting to an aftermarket alarm

Will get pics up over the weekend

no the standard lights do this as well
if you hold it down does both full beam and headlights stay on? that's what happens on mine
Click it either way and just one or the other

Thanks

I never thought to check this before I swapped them. At least it's right then. On a lot other cars they all stay on when full beam is on...apparently

I do miss the little bump though - they remind me of pre-facelift lights

Right, these are only rubbishy mobile phone pics and there is a bit of glare. Not had time to go out and take any better ones - snowed under with degree work

Will update my Mods thread with better pics soon but here you go for now...

(and yes my car is filthy at the moment, sorry )

Hoping to have them done before FITP. Just a question of time...and money...and whether to do them myself or not

I believe cars with twin filament lamps only have 1 or other on

The foci has seperate lamps so keeps both on

There's a tiny bit of condensation in my lights this morning - reckon this means they're knackered?

If so I'd better get them sent back sharpish?!

Erm no I wouldn't send them back I get a little bit of condensation in my standard headlights sometimes. You can't keep it out of everywhere it's just one of those things, it goes away quickly enough when the headlights have been on for a few minutes anyway I wouldn't worry about it.

Nice one, thanks

I'd never noticed it on my standard lights that was all...
