Hard to explain in english...

All modifikations on the light stuff ;-) on a car especially on the headlights are illegal....

no hid kits
no stronger light bulps like the 100watt versions
no de tango

for example

UK registered uk laws

So youre kinda lucky guy !

But to live in germany as a car dude is not always bad, tax and insurance are much cheaper over here for example.
