I fitted my K&N induction kit last Saturday , through the group buy on the site. What a difference it has made, the sound is fantastic when you go above 3000rmp and the gear changes seem smoother.

I don't know if it has made any difference to the acceleration but i am getting 29mpg and before i was lucky to get 26mpg.

The hardest part fitting the kit was trying to find the best place to put the cold air feeds and finding fixing points for the cable ties. I managed to get both feeds to the right of the radiator behind the lower grill.

If any is unsure (like i was) about buying one, then don't. If you buy it just for the sound alone you will be more than happy

I will have to put some pictures up latter.

Nice one

I found the air feeds to be a bit of a pain...mine is discreetly cable tied to my front grill - but you have to look really close!

Still waiting to fit mine mate! Did it affect your insurance much?

Pics of where you've got the feeds etc would be good

Cost me an extra £21 but have about 5 months before my insurance renewal so probably around £50 for a full year. I will get some pictures up tonight of where i have put my cold air feeds.

Not too bad then! Not sure how longs left on our insurance.

I quite fancied the cold air feeds being fed into the front lower grill and getting some performance blue coloured rings to go with them. Need to get my plastics black first!
