I had to have a GEM update to stop my alarm going off in the middle of the night, every night.

lol - I wish i'd read that when I went out to buy mine a few months back. My drivers side seat didnt release as the handle had snapped. I didnt realise until I got the car home (it wasnt something I would of thought to check during the test drive grrr) but it was only £15 for a new handle iirc.
other than that they can be thirsty as others have said
