Wait, Rowelly, you have the zetec 1.4? In that case you only need the standard Fiesta Mk6 strut which is straight? The ST one has a "kink" so it fits over our engine.

Yeah, that's the one.

I'm not sure though if the ST one fits anyway as it should be coming in at below £94. Hopefully somebody else with more knowledge can clarify for you.

dont forget guys if you havent got a K&N on the car the strut brace will knock on the air box

I've got my K&N on now but left the top of the airbox on as the engine bay looked a bit empty without it

The strut brace will fill that gap nicely. Also removing the airbox will help your engine disapate that extra bit of heat - remember heat rises!

Well worth getting rid and having a party!

Oh yeah, definitely. I might not bother with a real OMP strut, I think I could make my own out of toilet roll tubes and cereal packaging. True Blue Peter style.

I could make a how to as well if anybody else wants one.

i may have a strut brace for sale next month for £50 + p&p as my fezzy may be going... its OMP but its anthracite in colour

if my mate doesnt stick to buying the car as is i will have a full milltek, pipercross and HIDs for sale/trade to get the car back to standard

and alloys
