Honestly have no idea mate, as I only threw them on a quick start to make sure it sounds fine. Although when I turned it on, it fired up quicker it seemed. Hardly conclusive proof though lol

Before I left to go offshore, I won a Jamsport PAS relocation kit on ebay for £72 So when I got home I set about fitting it:

And while I was at it, I decided to detango the lights as well:

Although it made me aware that I have 2 different lights, one with the reflector thing in and one without, which I didn't notice to start with so I had thought I had broken it off when I was de-tangoing!

So hopefully a nice trip to Jamsport on Wednesday to get a nice remap and set of cams fitted!

How easy was it to fit the pas relocation kit? I've had mine sitting in the boot for ages now and I really should get round to fitting it. Any tips mate?

Bit of a nightmare I thought tbh, I had to modify the ps connector part as it wouldn't fit with the hose, and there isn't much spare hose either.

Whole thing was a total nightmare tbh, wish I had left it to Jamsport really!

Haha that's the trouble I don't know if I should try fitting it myself or book myself in at jamsport but im 2 hours away from them! If it's that much of a pain to fit I'll just have to bite the bullet and drive the 2 hours I suppose

Yeah totally mate.

Although it would be easier if there is 2 of you as I did it myself.

Although I used the standard gaskets which I'm not sure if I should have and might need to pull it off again, if so no chance I'll make it to Jamsport on Wednesday

Well I was meant to head down to Jamsport last week, but due to my work being gimps, I had to go offshore last week on Monday, the day before I was due to head down!

Although not the end of the world, as fortunately I managed to get down this week

Only took Jamsport a day to get the business done as well, real quick turn around, which comes from experience I guess and having the right tools! So I sat about watching Jeremy Kyle while the guys where hard at work. Took a few pics while I was down there and was also fortunate to see Pete's beast of a car in person, unfortunately not in action though but still just eyeballing it and speaking to Pete, it sounds a fair weapon!

Few pics of my peasant mobile next to rather more superior motors!:

And the result of the trip really:

Not bad really, although I was quite surprised how much power it was making before the cams.

All in all a nice trip, and with the weather being decent, the drive was quite pleasant there and back. Although on the way down I swapped to V power from normal pump gas, and almost ran out of fuel as I wanted to empty the tank as much as possible so it's fresh V power, not diluted, and I rolled into the petrol station with both fuel lights on and 2 miles left to go on the trip lol. Oh and there seems to be not many shell petrol stations down there compared to BP, Total, Esso and even Gulf, non of which have 99 fuel.

And I saw the red car has 15's which looked so cool, so I'm going for a set of 15's now, another positive bit of inspiration from the trip as well!

Now get the Quaife, bushes, Anti roll bar and Supercharger bolted on and you'll be giving me a run for my money!
