Well an update for today. Got the car back yesterday with a nice new paddle clutch and new slave cylinder, seems spot on now! Well it did until I was like 100m from home and I heard something that sounded like I run over a tree branch, looking around couldn't see anything so pulled into my road and noticed the steering was heavy and the battery light was on. Had a wee peak down into the bay and noticed a pulley lying on the splash guard! Got the car jacked up and yes, a bolt has snapped that was holding a tensioner Although to be fair Mark has been really fair and sorted me out with the slave cylinder, as ever since I had the car it didn't change gear properly. Although this is just one of those things, just annoying really!

Well not really an update, but I'm half thinking of a diesel mk6 tdci at the moment and either selling or breaking, as I can take alot of bits off the car and onto other one if I got a tdci.
Mainly because I have just bought a place but unsure, as I know I'll have to take a hit on a few bits! Just thinking of things at the moment!
Really But you've only just got it forged and charged!

Yeah I know, I'm not doing anything for certain yet at all though.
But thinking with a sensible hat I could help fund some pimpin stuff for the new place.
Free up funds elsewhere and enjoy both

Don't sell the car, once you buy the house you won't be able to afford to re-buy the car!
