Next time you see him... distract him for long enough while we get the keys.

Would you actually get a mk6 fiesta if you could? I'm warming very quickly to the mk7 shape now and would much rather have the / (if they ever make one ) when it comes out, providing it's good...

I sort of like em, in the right colour, but the interior just puts me off...

It has to be white. Is the interior that bad? I've not been in one...

It doesn't look that bad, maybe the plasticy feel lets it down a little? The nearly-impossible-to-replace-cd-player wont go down too well though. I'm not a massive ICE person but I do like to have my own head unit in there

I was gonna buy one before I bought my ST, the interior was a real let down for me, it all felt really cheap with hard scratchy plastic everywhere. I feel the ST interior is better IMO

If you do buy a MK7 you can get a Sony upgrade which would improve things a little I guess

I also looked at car computers you can get with satnav etc.. for around £600 that can be installed in the dash and look OEM with ford logo on the screen and menus.

Would I have a baby Mk1 Focus RS if I could in other words? I certainly would, like a shot.

At the moment it's a bit of of a marmite thing, you either love it or hate it. But because it has been made made to look so futuristic I think this could ironically make it look very dated in a few years time.

Fair enough. Would you not be tempted to wait for the mk7? As much as I love my car and the way it looks, they are a little common now...
