Hi guys and gals

been browsing the site for about 2-3months reading and reading deciding if to get a fiesta after reading some more i decided to take a test drive at my local garage and now i know i want/need a so im on the hunt for one hopefully with leather heated seats as that's a big thing for me.

also paid up the £5 to get full access to the site as I'm hoping to find a guide on how to remove the seats and replace for heated ones just in case i cant find one in my price range with them.

matthew

I'm in two minds with performance blue or Panther Black ice white would be nice but i can only find the white ones with blue interior and dash don't like the look of it

my budget is around 5000-5500 maybe at a push i could go to 6000 but i would want lots of extra like bluetooth heated seats climate control.

what do you think i could get in my price range would like a 06 onwards?

Hi mate, Welcome to the site!

Anything, with that price range you can pick up a fiesta facelift/pre-facelift with anything from 20k-70k miles on the clock with cash spare.

All three colours you have are my favourite too, i went for frozen white, i definitely get more attention I've noticed in white

You can get an 06 for the money, it may have a few miles on it but dont worry too much abt that, if their are serviced regularly they will be good for years.

U tried Pistonheads??

You'll easily get a decent 06 for that money. I'm not sure fitting heated seats into a car is a straight forward job though. I cant remember why though which isnt really a lot of help... Anyway, post a link up to anything you like the look of and we'll have a look for you

Edit: Welcome btw

I think it's to do with the wiring not being there to support them.

You can't really tell as the pics are way too small. Maybe something to either ask for the high-res ones to be sent or even go and see it if he's close enough.

I wouldn't say they break easily, more that it is one of the more common things to go wrong.

hey mate welcome! hope you find a decent example that your happy with!

Wanted to add that if you take a test drive in one with rough idleing it can be fixed fairly easily and cheaply, although this may be a good sign of neglect

TBH mate, I dont think it's that big a deal. If I was buying a car though, I would want to know exactly what was on it, thats the only reason that I said it looked lower than he said it was. For comparison, here's mine on 45mm spax

Fiesta ST by Duncan's Photography, on Flickr
His seems lower to me which can be done with coilovers and isn't a problem
