What size do I get??

And are they easy to fit??

And will it look good without lowering?? (lowering is on my list of things to do )

Probably 12.5mm if your thinking of lowering

Think they are easy to fit, maybe cut a slot for the ABS sensor?

And yes

I had 20mm spacers at the back, lowered 30mm with just springs, no coilovers.

Didn't have any problems at all

As i've demonstrated, 20.5mm Ford spacers on the rear are no issue at all. Even lowered you won't rub.

Your only issue is going to be if you decide to have new wheels at some point and go for a different offset.
