just out of curiosity, what kinda lap times are you guys doing round melbourne, and did you also have 5 teams to choose from in the beginning?

What a race that was...

Started off dry but cloudy, after about 6 laps it started to drizzle, did 2 more laps on the options until all grip was gone, by that time there was light rain, so went for the inters, like everyone else.

But never could get the feel for the tire, and i felt like the rain had increased so i went for the full wets on my 2nd stop, which i shouldn't have done, because everyone stayed on their inters

I lost about a second a lap to the guy in front, but also gained about a second on my teammate behind me (Glock) so i just stuck with it and hoped someone crashed because i was only 18th and the goal was 17th.

But the mofo's all stayed on the track, so i failed my first goal of the season already

Just done 1.26.480 around melbourne on practice session 2 thought that was pretty reasonable

I have looked for my laptime but as it was in the race and not TT its not logged it, i think it was 1:25.9xx

im miles off the pace then

Practice session 1 done.
p24 5 seconds off the lead. Not bad for Legend ai and no assists.

I love how you can drive the cars with no aids. My biggest problem with 2010 was lack of control on the throttle. It was on or off.
This time they have got it spot on and it's so nice to drive. You can control wheelspin and slides quite well.
Had a mess around and activate the drs on the exit and you can get a nice slide going and hold it

So far very impressed and only done one session so far
