Getting mine on the way out of work today, cant wait

Just got into the 1.29's on the final practice session.
Still last but only by a few hundreds. No idea how you guys are getting into the 26's

so guys is it better then the other f1 game or is it most of the same as im not to sure if i should get it or not

I'm just about getting 1:29 during pratice, no idea how you managed a 1:25 Rob Yeah Kenny it's pretty similar to the last one tbh

Main difference is the cars feel better to drive. It's also alot harder.

I've gone in at the deep end. Legend with no assists.

After quali in australier i was 24th, 1** off 23rd.
The race had everything. First corner i got up to 18th. Ai still breaks very early for the first few laps.

Stayed there loosing about 1 second a lap to 17th and keeping a 2 second gap to 19th.

Few cars pitted and i stayed out then the saftey car came out. Ai crash. Dived into the pits for another set of primes and come out 19th.

Then it all went pear shaped. I started getting lapped with blue flags. The Ai didn't overtake until i drove on the grass. Got a drive through penalty and dropped to 22nd.

About 5 laps from the end of the race it rained and made the switch to inters early. (primes were shot)

Made up a few places and ended to the race in 20th and 2 laps down on the leader.

Driving without assists keep my times slow but very realistic for my first race in a lotus. In the rain with no assists is very difficult. The car squirms all over the plcae and locks the brakes but it is possible to keep the car on the track.

This is they type of challenege i was after as 2010 was way to easy.

Next race and i've got 3 days of heavy rain. Should be interesting

One thing that is annoying me a little is how crap the tyres are straight out of the pits, i know they aren't gonna be fully up to temp but they are pants.........

Haha yeah the tires make a massive difference

You have to so gentle out of the pits, its certainly tougher than 2010

now im nowhere near as good as you guys, so im using one or 2 assists and 3rd difficulty level, 20% distance

Qualified 11th
After the first 2 main braking points I was 1st
held off hamilton for a few laps then spun off. so pitted that lap and came out the pits in 18th
next few laps gained some places as others pitted and was running about 6th
spun off again and dropped to 8th
then on the penultimate corner, outbraked myself, letting hamilton and button through finishing 10th

im not gonna be playing too much i think.
my thumbs are killing me

Its the same yes, but soooooo much more mate, im onto Turkey and am getting right into it again..............

Stephen agree with you about hands. Mine are killing me now

Malaysia have qualified 19th in heavy rain so still not met my target. Will do the race later which is a dry start to hopefully will make up some places
