You have to use a 5W-30 oil that meets Ford Spec WSS M2C 913-B for the Fiesta ST, (don't use anything else!) .. here's a company in the UK that has a few different ones and they have free UK delivery
http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-698-wss-m2c-913-b.aspx
Thanks for the website mate its good. Just ordered the oil and and K&N service kit

Yep, the Castrol Magnatec 5W-30 A1 Fully Synthetic Engine Oil is the one Ford recommend.
I picked up two 4 litre bottles from Halfords for £48 and because I spent > £50 (bought some cheap rubbish car shampoo for cleaning the flags) I got a £10 voucher for use in store.
Effectively therefore it was around £40 (kind of).
Just so you know, you need more than one 4l bottle.

Not much more, but I put a full 4l bottle in and it didn't even register on the dip stick. I left it for a good 5 mins to check it wasn't still draining through too.
I added another half a litre and it registered but wasn't enough so I added another half a litre or so and it brought it to near the high mark.
I'd therefore say 5litres. You could probably get away with picking up one of the 1l top up bottles but i'd rather have some spare in my shed and it's a lot cheaper next time by buying the 4l bulks.
Annoying how they don't just do 5l bottles :-(

The Fez ST takes 4.3L including the oil filter .. don't overfill it! .. they don't like it, 5L is way too much! ..
And yes, it's a pain that Magnatec Pro A1 only comes in 4L and 1L bottles but that's the way it is, you'll have to buy both to make up the 4.3L you need .. at least you know you're getting the right stuff for your ST ..
