The back can be done in less than 2 hours (I did it in dark and rain with a mate)
Remove rear bench, couple of bolts at the front I think Remove rear seat belts (big torx type bolts) Remove bottom bar of front seat belts (believe it unbolted from front and then did weird twisting crap back on itself to get it out Possibly couple of screws behind the seats on the quarter panels The quarter panels unclip
Long time since I've done it but thats the gist of it

If its anything like the mk7 it aint o hard, its just the taking out of the seats thats a pain I'm gonna replace all 4 of mine soon, i was gonna get these vibe ones but then saw these FLI ones at nearly half the price, same power and FLI are made by Vibe anyway

So if you get these, you will need to fit amps to get the 70Watt RMS? Cause a headunit will put out max 45-50Watt maybe?
To get max power you would, but you don't have to amp them, just your peak will be 40-45

so as above, speakers with 70 watt rms, will work basically at a bit over 50% power if not amped and just connected to a headunit? Underpowering them won't be bad for them?

No won't be a problem, otherwise you would have to sit with your music at full blast all the time to have them at 70w...
