I'll agree whith that But to be fair its normally contracters who f**k up and the council get blamed for it. I work for the council but the rubbsih side

Prime example - Contracter where fitting a giant speed bump on the juntion at the end of the road where our yard is and they done such a crap job, the bump was about an inch high and you didn't even need to slow down to go over it

Council moaned at them and they had to do it all again at there own expense
