Anyone ever had angry car cleaning days where everything is going wrong and you try and refit the hose pipe cause it keeps falling to peices and then you trip over cables and generally car ends up looking s**t still.

all the suds have dried in a grey horrible streak....

i gave up an hour in and i decided to take it down posh wash tomorrow morning!

That's some bad luck there you've had. There's a thread on here about a car cleaning nightmare I had a few years ago which I've just reread. The hosepipe connector kept springing off and soaking me before I realised there was a little stone stuck in. Then when I was carrying the shampoo bottle away from the sink the neck of the bottle sheared off and spilt shampoo over the carpet. I then went to get some kitchen roll and there was only a couple of sheets left so had to use tissues to mop it up with - even with my frantic efforts I still left a stain. Finally, I was halfway through leathering my car and then it started pouring down.

loool Glad theres someone else who's had the cleaning nightmare hose pipe kept falling to peices twice i had to refit the nozzle then i was spraying and then water stopped i thought it was a kink in the pipe followed it back to find at the other end it come off the fixing.

fuming i went back started hosing down the car pipe got stuck yanked it and i bloody pulled the rack off the wall!

and broke the fixing

eventually i did get the car cleaned i didn't even entertain doing the alloys or wiping down so my car still looks dirty!

afternoon sun is bloody hot though!

Wish it was like that here! Been the same as the last two months today - hot in the south and cold and damp here.

The one thing that gets on my tits is trying to move all the karcher about, you have the karcher lead the extention lead and the hose pipe, tis an absolute flipping ballache at times!

Clealy i need to to a karcher that has it all the leads and pipes tied together then i can go on dragons den and be flipping loaded!

Jack what you need is a long hose, we leave the karcher in the garage and have a 6m high pressure hose extension

Hosepipe problems are so annoying haha! Or the worst after a quick wash(which Im sure is a bit more noticable on a white ST) is when you find a 2cm spot that you missed the day after
