You're not alone there mate. You don't want to get me started on this one though. The short answer as to whether it will be made or not is no unfortuantely, the project got canned.
I've gone on about this enough in the past so won't go off in detail again, see here:
All I'll really say is that I think the is such a great car to drive and to look at, and bearing that in mind I think the would have been awesome. But we'll never get the chance to know now.
As ChrisC says... it was made, shown... then flung off a very large cliff to the pit of "you'll never have it, we were just teasing you all because we are are am massive company and can do that sort of thing"
What a car it would have been aswell... such a shame!!!
I would have been first in line even if i had to sell body parts for it!!!
Yet again though they had the RS concept rally version at Autosport International and i was talking to a Ford Man there and he said he isnt able to say what will happen in the next year or so with the fiesta but there will be a rebirth of something Ford ... hmmm

Well I guess that gives me a pretty good answer then, thank you guys even though I am very sad not to see this superb car on the market. On the other hand at least the ST will remain as Fords Premium Hot Hatch !!
Look in the 'For Sale' section of the M-Sport website. They had a couple of ex-works Focus WRC cars for sale last time i looked, and the odd Super1600 Fiesta.
Quote: Did they have the RS concept rally car at autosport???? From the pictures i've seen, they only had the JWRC/Super1600 car and an ST GroupN there
Nicky, this was the Fiesta Rallye concept from 2002, i wasn't aware it was still being taken to shows, especially sice the actual Super1600 rally car has been around for a couple of years now. This one is getting on a bit!!!
