Next year ffst trip, would be good!

I suggested to Dan that we try to make it a yearly thing for ppl from FFST

Sounds like an excellent idea

I think so. Even if it's just a few. Now that a few of us have been or will have been it will be easier to know the route and where to stay etc.

Bring a few spare turbos FFST trip to the Ring would be amazing, I'd be well up for it!

Would be good if it does happen and would love to go and take the rs for a spin lol would just need to book early as I remember all the trouble we had to get a hotel anywhere near the track

haha its all fixed now and not over boosting, we found the problem was probably the actuator not opening as fitting a different one today has made it boost properly today

Me and Chris made it all the way to Kefalonia lol.

We would have done the trip this year but tbh i don't think anyone was in the correct financial place for it.

It's only a few tanks of fuel to the ring so no big deal and can be added as a yearly FFST outing.

I think Kenny is right though... we need to book hotels as early as possible to ensure we are close to the track. I've had the thumbs up from Sarah for this next year too

Maybe bi annual is the way forwards ?

Looking at it for the Northern folk from the Hook of Holand it's 218 miles and you can get to the Hook from Hull

Everyone thinks that its far more difficult to come here than it is and it doesn't really cost that much. I honestly cant believe that more people havent come before!

THIS!

Ppl in the south can go through the tunnel or with the ferry Dover - Calais. bit more driving this way

As Dave says, Hull to Hoek van Holland is an option for the northerners. It's an overnight ferry and from Hoek van Holland to the ring is not as far as from calais.

The people really from the north like Newcastle could do Newcastle to Ijmuiden. Also an overnight Ferry which leaves a similar distance of 220miles to the ring.

Sounds like a plan. Since i'm right in the middle of both ways i'd be heading south and going through the tunnel. Believe it or not... i'm all prepared
