Maybe they are fobbing you off? As my Focus RS took an HOUR to update at MT HQ because of all the updates it was downloading from first before they put on the calibration...

Spot on mate! Problem solved today!!! Got to 2pm and I was starting to fear the worst and suddenly my phone rang...still feared the worst as it had taken them all morning BUT it was good news!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Similar to your case but yesterday the Ford system was being dodgy apparently and wouldn't even connect to the ECU. They told me they thought it was bad and would have to take the ECU out and send it to the tech guys at Ford...basically a week or 2s worth of work...but then today they had a reply from the tech guys saying the ford system is working fine now, try it. They tried it and it went straight on with no problems.
SO I HAVE BEEN MOUNTUNED!!!!!!! And o...m...g is it awesome. I'll post a review up later tonight after dinner and some tv. I've had to force myself to come in as I've been in the car since 5pm. Thanks for all the help/support guys...you were totally right, it was worth the wait! Stay tuned
