I fitted my coilovers and about a week after I had a strange nose when in reverse like a dull nocking now since I had my new wheels fitted I get it when driving in general I dunno what it is?? It's really dull but very annoying??any ideas

ok so basically this is the story..

i had spacers fitted and the bolts supplyed were to short, so they used longer ones which were to long & then fitted a washer to it.......... bodge up.. the in reverse i kept getting a weird noise

then i got new wheels and the same person removed the spacers... BUT used the same bolts............. which ARE far to long, and they have gone straight into my sensor ring and now the noise happens all the time... i THINK this is the issue...



epic fail.............

im only to presume this is the issue with the dodgy dull noises cause the bolts are pinching my sensor down on the back of my hub!!!!!!!!!

umm i no ive ordered new ABS rings hope replacing them fixes it

Have you changed the bolts for shorter ones?

no its on drive way now till next weekend i gotta get new sensor caps and new bolts from ford

so upset orderd some sensor caps and now gotta wait till saturday

Anyway you can get the persin that fitted the bolts to pay towards the cost?

yeah the person is paying for the sensor caps i just dunno how to fit them is it a easy job cause ill ask my mums boyfriend
