That is bullsHit if I had that ticket you got and all they had is the photo you've put up they would have to go to court you could have moved to the side to let the blues past loads of reasons why you could be there,
And also that's London maybe Blackpool council work differently!

Not getting into a debate, i was parked illegally, they have photo evidence, you would have no leg to stand on!!

It certainly used to be the case that you couldn't get fined if they hadn't physically put a ticket on your car, but that changed in 2008 and since then they don't have to put a ticket on PROVIDED they have evidence to prove an offence took place. From the government's own website:

You could be lucky in Blackpool that the traffic wardens don't have cameras and so they have to still physically stick the ticket on.

You now need to run them over and destroy the camera kit to have any chance of escape, but with all the CCTV I think that may bring a whole host of bigger trouble and a period of time avoiding Mr Big in the prision showers!

6 months ago I gor away with not payin a ticket I wrote back.sayin please provide.photographic evidence of my car WITH ticket and they cudnt. Maybe its different up here or the law has changed who knows!

Its a ver grey area, some ppl can get away with it some cant. A few years ago i drove away from a traffic warden and got nothing, but i dont think she had taken a picture yet

Got a sneaky pic with my phone upsde down in m&s car park the other day of a old couple reversing out a space. this was how it was parked, they had only moved a little bit back...

Single reds are ok depending on what time restrictions, as for that fez, looks like ur abt to get run over

i couldn't believe this today.. as you can see all cars are parked in rows this is how it always has been, so i stopped to let the clio out and realised it was empty and they were actually parked there !


what makes it even worse is the fact that there was another car infront of the focus so he was blocked in and sat in the car fuming !
