I'm about to buy the bits to do the conversion a long with Brembos on the front ( changed my mind about AP's)

Anyone know the process of doing this and im looking at thecomplete housing including the hubs to salvage.

I changed my mind about the APs for those at are interested as im sticking with Cosworth normally asperated (250BHP) rather then going 300BHP plus.

I was taken out in my mates zetec conversion the other day which has 356bhp with a 2.3 engine in it and it's stupidly quick and he can't even put the power down.

not sure but i presume so he has it a track car, he's on the passion ford forum.

it's like the Focus RS it's got restricted power in 1st/2nd gear so it can put the power down.

just didnt feel any quicker until late 2nd into 3rd gear which at that point just kept climbing and pinned me into the recaro seat.

also im looking at the power and benifts and to get those benifits im looking at spending into £15,000 to get a insane car.

thats straight out the factory at 540BHP

when im already looking to get another, which in theory will be money better spent else where, i have to find £50,000 by 25 which is unlikely but likely near that and the rest on finance.

yeah put mine on myself! its simple mate!

unbolt the old carrier and the calliper and then put the new disc on and bolt the new carrier one and then bolt the calliper back on and bobs your uncle...

no need to adjust the handbrake it will auto adjust when you use it a few times so just apply it and then take it off again a few times before moving off
