Top 100 times on the leaderboards are in the 1:38s' so reckon we'll be heading for mid to high 39's

I wouldn't have tought so. You may gain 1/2 second on the straights but you will loose so much more on the turns. I very much doubt you could do eau rouge flat with the drs open with anyother setup other than full wet.

done so tests and full wet isn't fastest
And eau rouge is possible with dry setups and drs open
