How bad am I crapping myself? BAD. Lol.

Signed up to a 6 mile Santa run last month when drunk, and this morning I am bricking it as I have done no training and have a £50 bet in place I beat my uncle who gym's every 2 days. Yikes.

All in aid of the air ambulance which has come to our village this morning for photo's etc.

Well, I did it. I tell you what, I don't envy runners. I'm an avid biker (Did 86 miles last year on a downhill bike on a main road) and the run I did this morning was alot harder. I did no training, and don't have running shoes. I do regret this as my calf muscles are now killing e from the shock of constant battering on the road lol.

Anyways, quite chuffed, I did 4.3 miles in 37 minutes.

I lost the bet........By about 3 seconds lol. So, happily handed over £50 which is going to the air ambulance.

Thought I was aching last night. It took me ages to get down the stairs this morning so goodness knows how I'm going to cope in work today, absolute agony haha.
