My 1st car was a Renault 5 4 door campus, 990cc 4 gear and i had to do a long run up to go up hills

If anyone knows shooters hill in the SE i would be doing 40 as i hit it and by the time i was at the top id be doing 15 holding up busses

I had to do this in my Nissan Micra (B-reg) solid old car that was but a pain on Shooters Hill, even worse coming back from Uni (towards Welling) and getting stuck at the lights half way up the hill, nightmare!!

first i had an 86 Ford Sierra 2l standard bought from my mother.
then i had a ford sierra 84 2liter that was converted to an 2.8 xr4x4.
miss that everytime winter approaches.

then i had an 97 ford escort SI sport stationwagon. 1.8 engine with 115 bhp or something. Was actually a pretty good car i thought and it wasn't too slow. had an front strutbar so it was a bit stiffer then normal.

and then i bought the ST. also had an Ford Granada with my brother. 2 liter. So it wasn't fast but superb driving comfort.
don't know if these cars are called Granada in England? Seems like Scorpio and Granada is kinda the same thing in England?
