They didn't bleed fluid through correctly by the sounds of it. Could have been a disaster.

Sorry to hear that Duncan hope you get your car back soon. What 6 speed gearbox can you put in the ST, out of interest?

I presume they didn't even try the car otherwise they would have seen the problem, or are they so retarded . I really hope my car will never brake down .

Surely they shouldn't have been anywhere near the brakes. Even when the clutch went or what ever the issue was the brakes were still perfect...
the clutch uses the same tank\fluid as the brakes, so it's connected.

I understand that it's the same tank but I was under the impression that it was separated so you would have one or the other. Maybe my understanding of it is a little off I'll try and look at the drawings my dad found.
just guessing, there is a bleed screw that obviously they didn't use , and they managed to get air inside the system I presume.
this is a real fu*k-up by them if this is the case. With all the shait I saw and heard about the Ford garages (around the EU, not just UK and Croatia) you should report them to someone. When the heads start to roll for this kind of mistakes, then they will become more careful, not before, unfortunately .

WHen your slave failed, it could have drawn fluid from the brake side of the resevoir, hence being low and then allowing air in. This would be the only logical reason.
With regards to having back the way it was, question why it wasn't road tested. Any job taken out on a car (Except bulbs etc) should always undergo a road test. They blatantlly didn't in your case and for that reason, I would be asking for money to be taken off as they could have endangered your life.
