Ferrari have appealed the yellow flag incident but there is a green flag on the corner before. If the appeal is upheld then a 20sec penalty will be given dropping knobhead to 8th making Alonso champion by 1 point

There was a marshal post between the two lights which was waving a green flag.

Unfortunately this will continue for some time - all eyes are on Vettel for illegal moves.

The FIA have said there is no case to look into so end of story........!

Eccelestone has also stepped in and had a go at Ferrari for appealing - which it now seems isn't actually an appeal as yet, they're just seeking a clarification off the FIA over the rules which they haven't officially received yet. The deadline for a formal appeal is tomorrow, but as the FIA have already made a statement that nothing illegal occurred then I expect that to be the end of the matter.

So basically vettel is good at sucking eccelstones cock so hes got off it!

But there IS a green flag showing....... If a marshal shows a flag, it overwrites the light that may be showing......
