Just had a thought, if you ring them and say we have all booked same hotel and if they won't do it for £19 which was the original price we will all cancel, obviously we won't but see what they say. If you moan enough they might give in,

The only thing is, if you've booked at the discount rate then you can't cancel as you still have to pay the full price - and they'll know this.

I think the discount is the saver rate and you can cancel it jus not a day before

Friday is £23.50
Saturday is £32.50
Sunday is £15

Saver rooms are non-refundable according the site. Normal rate can be cancelled until noon on the day of arrival

So surely if they are charging normal rate...you can cancel?

The Saturday night. It has now been reduced to £32.50 as you say, so Ill have to book that. Still pissed though!
