When your windscreen freezes in the cold weather, pour boiling water over it and CRACK new windscreen please


No hammer involved

I just phoned up their glass helpline and booked a call - i had 5 small chips that the national windscreens guy filled for free. Need the windscreen replaced though, heating elements are buggered.

Mine got chipped 2 weeks after getting the car

Got gavin to come fill in my crack ( oooerrr ) and has been okay since. Never really notice it but when i do i wish i had had a new screen in!

My missus has just said that Gavin came round and injected his special resin into her crack. Strange really, as she doesn't have a car.
