Side airbags, side air curtain bags and a centre rear headrest.

The reflex pack consists of front seat side airbags, side curtain airbags, and also a head restraint for the centre back seat (as standard only head restraints are provided for the left and right side of the back seats).

ESP stands for Exterior Style Pack and there are 3 options.
1. Top stripes (not with sunroof)
2. Side door stripes
3. Both top and sides

Interior Style Pack is IP bezel with stripes

Not sure about this but I think EOD stands for Electric operated door mirrors, maybe someone else can confirm this

Just realised theres a bit of confusion Ford have introduced here, since ESP also stands for Electronic Stability Programme, which is another extra on the .

Also with the reflex pack, the side curtain airbags stretch all the way through to the rear of the car, so the rear passengers are protected by them too. Quite nice of ford really

Would be even nicer if it was a standard!

Never noticed there was no centre head rest which my old car used to have. Eveything's an option with Ford, right down to a bloody cig lighter, they really are tight.

Yup, other thing is that if you don't go for the relex pack then theres not even the holes for the centre headrest to slot into, so you can't just go and buy an extra one and put it in unfortunately.

Ever tried to spec up a new mini! I managed to get a Cooper S up to £19000 with what I thought were 'essentials'! About the head rest though, my 2003 zetec had one in the centre! Wonder why that is? Have got to say 2 airbags as standard is abit tight!
But, nevermind.

You're dead right, in this sort of car the side airbags ought to be standard. It really annoys me when manufacturers don't fit safety items as standard.
