Hey, what size are standar rear brakes?

I have seen this kit: http://www.jam-sport.co.uk/home/ford/mk6...-fiesta-st.html

And was wondering what the part numbers are for the ford parts? I was going to see if I could build that lot myself but with better pads and discs...

The standard rear discs are 253mm the upgrade is 270mm

It consists of the following

Focus ST 170 splash guards, disc and calliper holder

You will get an increase of 12% more efficient braking, recorded on a brake test and worked out.

so for the rears, i need:

Focus st 170 splash guards and calliper holders? I'll get discs later when i decide on the make!

What pads would i need?

Would i need a new handbrake cable?

Would I need bolts?

Whats it like to do myself?

I have also been told someone just put the front brakes onto the back, would that work?

Before: (PANTS!)

After: (THE MUTTS!)

I am the mysterious source that told Ash a few people upgrade their fronts then put the old standard fronts on the rear. Makes sense no?

If you are upgrading, I'd be interested in buying your standard ones, if you'd like to sell them?
