Both jobs i have ever had there has been a 3 month probation period, its true about being there 12 months too, i work in a tesco distribution center and we have a lot of agency working for us, when it comes to them being there near 12 months they lay them off the hire them again, pretty disguting if u ask me but most of them are polish so i dont give a toss but my mate has been there 2 years and they wont take him on
