Just a 'link' vid after looking at someone elses vid last night.

Wouln't touch a VW with a barge pole.

Nicely built to a degree, but I've seen the after service 'Technicians' servicing owners' cars first hand.

+1 I got scarred for life against driving VW's at 17 the first (and only) time I drove one. I was looking for my first car, and looked at a Polo which was white with blue stripes and I thought it looked ace. It was fine to drive... until you came to a junction and found when you braked literally NOTHING happenned. Was fortunate nothing was coming or I'd probably have lost my licence two weeks after getting it. Irrational I know, but it scared the s**t out of me so much driving a car with no brakes that I vowed never to drive a VW again.
