What is all this crap about kony 2012 over facebook?

Can't be asked to waste 30 mins of my life watching a film/documentary.

It's all over twitter aswel n I'm the same with the vid summat like a massive criminal that the government won't do out about I think

Some criminal called Kony in Uganda I think.

We have criminals all over the world, don't see them get no facebook/Twitter show.

Eventually he will get a bullet in his head for his actions.

If were honest England won't interfere till our oil supplies are put at risk. Anyone know if Uganda has any oil fields?

Just watch Blood Diamond more enough in a 'generic' way explains what this guy is like.

The only reason everyone is making a huge fuss is because the guy has been doing it for so many years and hasn't even been touched by the UN and everyone is asking why?

More so the point why actually not? probally curruption or where he is located theres no oil or valuable resources to rescue for world peace

well with all the stuff about twitter and facebook playing a huge role in the over-throw of the egyptian government and all the stuff happing in syria and else where.

People are realising that social networking is becoming a very useful weapon to fight injustice, i mean all that happened last year so new year okay lets start targeting those anoyoing leaders that have currupt our children and brutally murdered our family in the process.

I was getting annoyed seeing this all the time and was thinking of starting a thread too...

It's basically a guy who met this African bloke and heard these atrocious stories about how his brother was murdered in front of him and how other kids were forced to kill their own parents and were abducted, raped, forced to mutilate others etc etc.
He then did everything he could to raise awareness about this by making the film and trying to spread it around everywhere especially over this year in particular.

Fair play to him for trying to make a difference, it's a bit of a joke this guy can just go round doing what he wants and no one is stopping him.
Then again the film is pretty much "I'm doing this and I'm doing that" not actually a documentary on what's going on
It's basically a 30 minute film saying let's make the guy Kony famous and get him captured- no idea why it's so long

Anyway as said fair play to him for trying and I have donated but it's not as if there aren't equally bad things going on throughout the world, this is just the latest one for us to 'care about'.

Also a scary thing one of the politicians in the US said "if something is mentioned more than 25 times in a day on the phone we pick up on that and something is done about it" talk about invasion of privacy or what? they monitor every phonecall for keywords?
