These the roof strips (black things in the side)?

Also I need to remove the aerial too, is this a nut in the roof liner? or can i pop it out somehow?

Np Kenny I found out they are stuck down with tar strip things, so some tar remover plus boiling water in the recess should be good enough to loosen the bad boys up!

But can anyone confirm what stevie has said?

the bolt above the interior light is the earth for the heated screen too i believe or there may be two bolts
