Jess smashed the long jump so has a 290point lead going into the javelin..... the final event is the 800m at 20:35 tonight

We just won 2 more rowing Golds and a Silver

now 3rd in the medal table!!!

cycling girls team pursuit smashed the world record again and another GOLD.
