That's with 2 years no claims, I park on the street though. That's really cheap for a 19 year old <.< Are you the main driver? It's mainly down to postcode tbh. A friend of mine in the area paid 3.3k for a 1.1 Alto with 0 ncb :/.

yeah im the main driver when i first started driving though i paid £3000 for a 1.2 corsa

yeah. on the second year or whatever it's worth paying what you did on your first car for something so much quicker . it makes it seem cheaper. i nearly got a type r but insurance was 7k

Yeah exactly! That's just what i'm like 'why pay less for the same car when I can pay the same for something much better'. LOL That's slightly extreme

I was lucky with my insurance but admiral are crap for mods

They've been really good with me. £120 to declare K&n, wheels, seats, brake upgrade and lowering. When I renewed my insurance in December they realised they missed a years NBC of my policy last year and they took that saving off this years premium. I've got no complaints about them.

Another view on Admiral but from another angle.......... when that bloody girl crashed into me last year putting me in hospital, she was with Admiral. They were absolutely spot on in sorting me out, compo, injury re hab, physio, replacing my bike etc etc etc

same here but it only worked out about £80-100 more for me to have tints, lowered suspension, full exhaust, k&n, external and internal changes (which I didn't have to individually list thank god so it covers all of them)
