ATM I'm just planning on doing a few small things to the ST like changing the badge, painting the break calipers and it needs new front discs and pads but when I've got the money I'm gonna get the alloys refurbished then resprayed and I'm thinking of getting the grey trim sprayed black oh and coil overs so if anyone knows where I could get some that would be sweet

plenty of places to get coilovers from mate, depends how much you want to spend on them

i have the Gaz GHA, adjustable heigh and damping its amazing and stick like glue all the time, im lowered 60mm and i don't get stuck or scrape on speed bumps at all!

Coilovers aren't cheap! mine were £450 second hand. Realistically they can cost anything from £350 upto £1000+ just depends on what make you want and how deep your pockets are
