He he, yes, some of us actually look after ours well!

Hey!! I just enjoy driving it too much hense the 4300 miles in 6 weeks.
My car is rather dirty at the mo my wheels have gone past the "anthracite look", good job Pinky wasn't at the HWH yesterday or she would have screamed.

At least some people get my humour
I left work thinking "my humour is wasted" but by the time I got home some of you had twigged.

Arr so you're just trying to get the wheels completely black to match the tyres now then!

Just washed my baby and took over one and a half hours!!!
Why is it that you just cant leave a single little drop of water on your car so you spend 10 minutes
checking the car over, close the door and what happens..... a bit of water runs down the sill!!!
I love it when your car is all clean, makes it all worth it!! (untill it rains tonight)

Yep, its one of those thinsg you can spend a short time on or spend hours. But if you've got the time and properly clean, leather and polish it, it definitely makes you feel good when you can stand back and see it in showroom condition once more!!

Never really polished a car, sounds like hard work but it looks sooo good!
How long does it take after drying the car?
Did anybody see 5th gear with that £5000 car wash!?

what do yall think about shiney cars when the sun is out?
is it
(a) dangerous
(b) makes car look shiney
(c) make you put sun glasses on

The sun is being modified and will not be out for the next two weeks!

Nah its not as hard as it sounds, just really a case of making sure that you finish off in straight lines to avoid leaving swirl marks both when you're adding the polish and when rubbing it off. Also the only other thing is to be careful not to get any polish on the black plastic parts otherwise will discolour them. As for how long it takes, maybe 30 to 40 mins for the bodywork. Takes longer if you're polishing the alloys as well which can be a little awkward, but well worth it for finishing the job off.
