well it was about 70 miles for me so not much less than yours but i was much happier having someone who has done a few 's. he'll notice this post at some point so youll be able to talk to him directly
but i am happy to fit anyone's springs all i ask is that you undo your locking wheel nuts a few days before and just nip them back up... aye Steph

i can do rear spacers, they are a pain but with two people i found it much easier doing Wills last week
