I think it would be a good idea to have dedicated areas on the site per county etc so would make sense to have someone to overlook each area or effectively be a rep I'd be up for it but Its an all or nothing scenario imo

I personally don't think it would work on here, there's not enough people, being a rep on STOC its hard enough to get people together for meets and there's a lot more people on there
If you start making areas on this forum it will kill it

Without wishing to pour cold water over anyone, I have to agree with the last few posts that it isn't really needed. The forum has been growing and there has been a lot of of local meets organised which is great. The fact that people have been attending and that you've all managed to organise them amongst yourselves shows to me that things are already working well. This isn't aimed at anyone on here as I think you're a sensible bunch, but the problem is when you start having too many people with titles then things can get a little messy and some people become power crazed. We've always tried to run the site so that as much as possible the difference between the team and the members is nothing. I'm not God and neither are the rest of the team, we try and run things without being all high and mighty. Whilst the forum has grown it's nice to have a smaller community of people who whilst they may know the people from round about them, still interact and talk to one another at the national shows. I hope that this answers your questions and helps. Chris

I agree, too many retards on stoc and a lot of them are reps lol *cough* points at Dan *cough* Jokes aside, the reason this site works so well is due to it being a small community and everyone knows each other through posting and as you said there isnt grouping. The moment you start putting regionals up, ill be sitting on my own lol as there isnt a single FFST member local to me hahaha. We organise our own meets in St. Neots and its usually a good mix of both sites, and everyone generally gets on ok. With the exception of a few from stoc, rally slag lol, its ya mums car you prick! Oops sorry, got a little carried away there I would like to see more meets organised close to me, but we dont need a rep to do that. Like Dan said, its hard enough getting people to turn up on stoc and thats a BIG site! We dont want little Hitlers running around here tyvm!
