got me some good and bad news

bad: there is no way to get stripes in belgium. they just wont put it on the options list yet. maybe in 6 months or so. (that really sucks)

good: there is NO delay what so ever recording to the rumors about pirelli. mine is gonna be delivered in about 2 months.

they had one standing there for someone to pick up at monday. had a quick look inside of it and the outside. I just love the bleu color outside and the bleu color on the half leather seats! now i want my ST so bad

someone hug me

Did you ceck if it is worth it to buy the car in Holland, to get the stripes?
Another option is to have them added on the car later by a company that makes company car logo's!

if i buy one in holland it would cost around 3000€ more then now. i am quoted @ 14500€ at the moment with esp, 17" and the quickclear windows. ive got the lowest quote of the whole fiestaST forum

14500 EUR
EURO
1 EUR = 0.6882 GBP
=
9979.625 GBP
Great Britain Pound
1 GBP = 1.453 EUR

Sorry Black Pearl 1 GBP currently = 1.3801 EUR, so your price 14500 EUR is @ 10500 GBP. Still a really good price, as good as Privilidge which is 10500 GBP, without any xtras.

My wife just ordered a performance blue today with delivery mid-April, with a Privilidge additional cash discount & dealer discount of 750 GBP, that took her final price to 9750 GBP, including interior styling - mats, etc. Privilidge cash incentive is available till end of Feb.

My jar hit the ground when the saleman came back with the price. Any ideas who does the cheapest insurance for a 30 year woman driver?

PinkRinse, have you tried elephant? They both use the same insurance quote engine but each time I tried them Diamond stuck £30-50 comission on.

Wow! Thanks Hugh! I had got an insurance quote with Elephant but for some reason hadnt noted or saved it and forgot. I phoned them up just now and if/when I go with them I'll save about £22 (every penny counts! *heh*) and be on one of those 10 month accellerater bonus thingies.

Hold on a mo, are you comparing like for like there (are they both bonus accelerator policies?). Be very wary on the accelerator policy, other insurance firms won't recognise it as No claims bonus. It's a bit of a con really as whilst it sounds attractive not only are you actually missing out on 2 months of insurance, but also when it comes to renewal time they hike the premium up a bit knowing that you can't go anywhere else as you don't actually have a full years NCB.

I personally stick to the 12month policies, making sure all excesses are the same and then compare companies. It's the easiest, safest and IMO best way to do it.

Good luck.

When I had the renewal quote from norwich union direct recently they mistakenly counted my pass plus bonus as a whole year of non existant no claims bonus on the letter! That means any company I use now will reduce my premium because I have 'two' years ncb and pass plus, brilliant!
